TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All accommodation is non-smoking.Accommodation will be available on the day of arrival from 2.30pm and is to be vacated on the day of departure by 10.30am.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, limited to two per apartment. Parking for trailers and small boats is available by prior notice.
Parties of teenagers can only be accepted with an accompanying parent.
SELF CATERING
Prices include linen, towels, electricity, water, and heating. Self-catering accommodation is for the number stated overleaf. No extra people will be permitted. We expect the apartment to be left as you find it. If you do not wish to carry out the cleaning a charge of £25 will be made for this service.BED & BREAKFAST
Children are half price when sharing a room with adults.BOOKING
The booking must be accompanied by the following deposit: Apartments £100, Bed and Breakfast £50 per room.A confirmation of the booking will be sent to you on receipt of the deposit. Notify us immediately of any discrepancy.
If you cancel your booking, the deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is re-let. Please give as much notice as possible.
The balance is due on arrival.
We accept cheques with a card, MasterCard,Visa, Delta and Maestro.
